Pass a Term Limits and RECALL amendment... Recall the current government subject to new elections and appointments, that bar all current members of the government from seeking any further federal office... any office elected or appointed. Limit the terms for all future members of the federal government to one term... ONE TERM, 6 years in length, with 1/3rd of them standing for election and appointment every 2yrs... similar to the current process in the US Senate...
This single amendment would return our government to citizen politicians... It will ensure political parties never hold the keys to the Ballot Box or the nominees for appointed office. Once the people have control over the agents and processes of government they can pass the needed laws and budgets to return us to the nation our fathers bequeathed to us.
Pass a Term Limits and RECALL AMENDMENT... the peaceful transition to a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. Continue the corrupt electoral and spoils system used to appoint and elect our political leadership guarantees more of the same corrupt government... and betrayal.
Great ideas. Now we need to develop a mass campaign to force these changes. This may require a lot of work. Improvement and success in almost everything does require hard work (e.g. job, school, family, friendships, sports, etc.) I don't believe that most politicians will want to give up their positions of power. Citizens need to force such a change.
I totally agree with you. We need President Donald J. Trump in the White House. He needs to assume total authority over all levers of powers and clean up the mess. This is the only way we can save America the way we know it, with liberties and freedom for all.
I highly agree. When Trump was President, the White House emailed me a daily itinerary of his scheduled meetings and the agendas that he was working on. I have put together a flyer, listing Trump's MANY accomplishments and Biden's Many failures - both domestic and foreign. Too many citizens are highly uninformed and consequently are easily manipulated to believe falsehoods. Providing people with specific information does make a difference. For those who tend to still be skeptical, I have also provided links to internet sites (free) that provide honest and objective information. I like to refer people to watch Prager U's free 5-minute videos to learn the truth on hundreds of different topics. If people could be encouraged to learn the truth about the Democrat Party, I believe that it would be difficult for them to win or steal elections. However, this requires that we citizens go to work and inform others through pamphlets, emails, major rallies, etc.

One doesn't need to be concerned with OLD LAW or PREVIOUS CONSTITUTIONAL provisions... when one passes a NEW AMENDMENT TO RECALL AND TERM LIMIT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
It is a waste of time to use the current methods for the removal; of federal officers (elected or appointed) Especially elected members of Congress, federal cabinet members, and judges, as it takes 2/3rds of Congress to Impeach or Expel. A new Constitutional Amendment, once ratified by 3/4ths of the States becomes law. We must petition our states to save the Republic by removing the TRASH in Washington with a recall amendment and term limits... to keep it clean.
Yes. In order to accomplish this solution, we would need to attract a large swell of citizens to "force" politicians to vote for such a change. We would also need to support candidates and current politicians who agree to this solution. Social media, emails, flyers, and massive rallies would be a good method for gathering a group of patriots who will work to save the U.S.
I have been arguing that we need to fix the US Constitution. It is the very document that got the country into this mess. I am afraid one amendment isn't going to be good enough.
