If this agency is unconstitutional, get the President to SHUT IT DOWN unilaterally with an Executive Order... Let the LEFTIST members of Congress file suit or attempt to offer a Congressional Resolution to keep it open. See how far that gets them... with the House in the hands of the GOP... any attempt to revive this agency SHOULD BE DOA... never see daylight.

This offer stinks to high heaven... its STUPID... it will permit the courts to sanction it. This Representative needs to be fired... for offering up such a phony Resolution. It puts the matter before the Court's. With Johnson speaker, any attempt to resurrect this agency is DOA... offering a Resolution will only revive it.

We need to use the unilateral powers of the executive branch to shut down UNCONSTITUTIONAL agencies and government funding. Stop putting the onus on patriots to demand unconstitutional agencies be summarily closed. THERE IS NO NEED FOR THE GOP TO SUE or pass a Resolution closing unconstitutional government... Let TRUMP cut the agencies' funding and authority to operate using his executive powers to manage the resources of the government, too, keeping it Constitutional

This member of Congress may mean well but his RESOLUTION IS CRAP... a sure way to delays, hearings, and failure. It's much easier to simply CLOSE IT, declare it unconstitutional, and let the leftists try to revive it.
