It is time for the States to assemble to consider forms of lawful restraint that can be used to reign in the Federal Government's usurpation o state authority... Nullification and anti-commandeering legislation are two powerful tools the states can use to restrain overreach by the Federal government. Another tool for consideration would be the reformation of the Grand and Petit Jury process, returning the arbitration of the law and evidence to the Jury's jurisdiction. The states, by way of impeachment and legislation, need to Inform, judges and prosecutors that it is the Jury that ultimately determines justice not them... The Judge and prosecutor are there to assist juries in the adjudication of the law, they are not there to manipulate the Jury system, as a means to promote WOK and progressive policy.

I would love to see that states take back their control stolen by the federal government over time.....like taking away the right to recall politicians who go against the public will with the flimsy excuse, as I remember it, "sometimes we have to vote for something the people don't like or want". They are they to represent, not rule. Second, to ensure they do remove the fact that congree gets to vote for their own pay raises out of federal taxpayers funds and move it back to each state paying their own representation where they can withhold it if they go against the will of the people.
Great idea .... let each state fund their own members of Congress... that way if they fail to respond to their state's needs the state can stop their pay and they will leave.

It goes back farther than 2008. The commies infiltrated the Demonrats right after the '52 Ike election becaue they perofrmed so poorly in same and the liberal children joined in the early 60s and escalated the garbage being purported.

Debra- The democrat party turned "communist" in the 1960's when CPUSA bought them out; the democommies just "hid it" for a long time - - until they thought they had enough strength to just take over - - -fraudbama convinced them it was the right time and all of them were WRONG on all counts.
