SCOTUS must dismiss Mexico v Smith & Wesson.

Mexico is attempting to gaslight US businesses instead of taking responsibility for groveling to the cartels.
I appreciate this heckler for highlighting the ignorance surrounding the Constitution that's often used to target our 2A. pic.twitter.com/9DAGmNdGbb

BE AWARE of a GRAVE THREAT to LIBERTY
A vital case is pending before the U.S. Supreme Court after winding thorough the appellate process:
Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc. v. Estados Unidos Mexicanos (Docket 23-1141 U.S. Sup Ct)
Mexico sued a number of U.S. gun manufacturers to block them from domestic (i.e. inside the U.S.A.) manufacture & sale of firearms & thereby destroying our 2nd Amendment … lower courts dismissed most of the defendant U.S. companies from the action but the 1st Circuit contravened the action in re S & W (& one other defendant) …
This is obviously a tactic in which the current administration is complicit
It is an attempt to abrogate our Right to Keep & Bear Arms
Pay attention !!!
Essentially the Blues are being aided & abetted by Mexico in an attempt to breach a vital Amendment through § 6 to the U.S. Constitution (which makes treaties part of the Supreme Law of the Land)
(It seems the Mexican answer to their internecine violence would’ve had a like answer here—had MAGA/Trump not been so successful … )
In the immediate situation
We’re concerned with certain U.N. Restrictions on arms that would—in essence—purportedly act as a repeal of the 2nd Amendment
[Note: In the context that § 6 predates (1789) the Bill of Rights (1791)—it is arguable that the 1st ten Amendments abridged the original § 6 such that the 2nd Amendment is essentially inviolate to § 6 activity unless & until it’s formally repealed]
In any event we cannot have a foreign power (Mexico) using our courts in attempts to abrogate our Rights as citizens
A firm precedent needs to be set that foreign entities cannot use our courts to thwart our Rights
In might be remarked upon with accuracy that even though Mexico has disarmed its public—instead of delivering domestic tranquility—this castration of public power & authority has left them as helpless prey to their cannibalistic cartels
We’re a Free People in this Republic & we cannot countenance this foreign attempt to emasculate the National population—sponsored by sissies without the stomach to defend their own Rights—for the benefit of a complicit Blue Freak-show
