    • You are incorrigible... unable to understand any position other than your own .. which often is misguided or deluded. The Federal government's law enforcement arm is restricted to operating under the jurisdiction assigned to the FED in Article 1, Sections 8 and 9, and Article 3 Sections 1, 2, and  3 of the US Constitution.  The several States retain their sovereign authority over all other cases in law.  Jurisdiction over most Criminal law is reserved for the  States.

The supremacy clause only applies to those areas of jurisdiction granted to the Federal Government by the States in the US Constitution... This clause, however, has been grossly abused to expand federal authority UNDER THE COLOR OF LAW... it is time to renew the Federal Judiciary Act with one of its purposes to reassert the supremecy of State Government over Federal Government in all issues not CLEARLY defined by the Constitution as under federal jurisdiction.  The Federal Government has become incorrigible... using its regulatory and administrative powers to expand its jurisdiction over areas reserved for the States and the People... this must stop.

    • The President is the Chief Law Enforcement officer OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT... not the several states... America has become so conditioned to rely on the Federal Government for providing the instrumentality of government we fail to understand that it is the States that are sovereigns over their territory, not the Federal Government.

The Constitution's supremecy clause applies ONLY to the functions and powers granted by the Constitution to the Federal Government and those prohibited to the States... See Article 1, Sections 8 and 9.  The Federal Government's law enforcement powers are limited to its jurisdiction to govern as assigned by the Constitution.  Its supremecy over state law only applies to its Constitutional powers.  In all other instances, the States are the supreme power and lawgivers.

    • Unfortunately today we cannot support law enforcement because the IRS, FBI, CIA, etc are corrupt to the bone and we need to defund federal law enforcement big time to start fresh. Today we have to ignore the Consttution's supremacy clause since we cannot have the imposter in the White House also be the chief law enforcement officer.

    • One doesn't pick and choose which Constitutional laws they will keep and which need to be ignored... the rule of law requires its agents to be impartial in the faithful administration of the law.

    • The 'supremecy clause' applies only to the Federal government where it has CONSTITUTIONAL JURISDICTION ... Those assigned powers per Article 1, Section 8, and 9... In general enforcement of criminal law is under State jurisdiction.  Federal law enforcement operates primarily where federal lands, territories, and installations of the federal government, or in the enforcement of the SPECIFIC powers assigned to them by the US Constitution.

Murder, rape, robbery, assault, etc. are generally under a State's jurisdiction.... unless the crime was committed on federal property, in a federal territory (Guam, Puerto Rico, DC, etc), or onboard a US-registered vessel or on a military installation.

  • Patriots supported McConnell because they ensured that any one member of the House can remove McCarthy as the speaker at any time. Let's see what the good guys and gals do now........
