The US Constitution Article 3, Section 3, Clause 2, establishes the legal precept that no one may be held to ancestral penalties or be held liable for crimes they did not commit... Penalties extending to 'Corruption of Blood' are unconstitutional.  It was once the Kings prerogative too punish the immediate offender and all his kinsmen... in the current generation and into the future, using a legal precept known as 'Corruption of Blood'. The King's penalties applied to all kinsmen of the offender until remitted by the Crown.  However, reparations for the conduct of one's ancestors' is not Constitutional on its face... PERIOD.  Penalties and forfeitures extending to 'Corruption of Blood' are unconstitutional in the USA.

There can be no penalty extending to 'corruption of blood' or forfeiture beyond the life of the convicted... since no one alive today was convicted of slavery and corruption of blood is unconstitutional... Why are we discussing forfeitures of wealth from the current generation as a penalty for slavery ...  there can be no 'corruption of blood' under constitutional law.  Reparations extending beyond the generation CONVICTED of a crime are unconstitutional penalties.

It is time to EXPEL members of Congress who knowingly and deliberately abuse their offices to create strife and civil harm to our nation's institutions and culture...  Rep. Shiela Jackson Lee knows the law and understands that 'corruption of blood' by forfeiture of wealth in the form of reparations for crimes of one's ancestors is unconstitutional.  She needs to be expelled.

  • This generation has forgotten who they are and where they came from... they are doomed to repeat the failures of the past.  A people without a clear history are bereft of purpose and lack an internal compass to guide them in the ways of their forefathers.  New laws and governments appeal to such empty souls... as they experiment with failed models of past governments. In this case, false guilt for a misguided account of our past affiliations with slavery.  The demands of those who were never slaves, and the unfair taxation of a generation whose parents and grandparents were not even in the United States when slavery was practiced... The historical truth is that the 3 or 4% of America to ever own a slave died long died, paying the ultimate reparation with their soul...
