Many of you are commenting about the fuzziness of the 'other crime' that raises the alleged Trump false bookkeeping misdemeanor into a felony. Now there is talk that prosecutors will give the jury a choice of alleged other crime. You like an FEC violation? Sure. How about 17-152? No problem. Tax fraud? Edgy, but great! Prosecutors don't have to prove any of the other crimes, and it is unclear whether jurors will have to agree on one or will be allowed to pick their favorite.

Im not sure President TRUMP has the correct legal team around him, They dont seem to be the fighters he needs, They seem to be caving to this Judge on every decision he makes, But since we arent in the court room this is only speculation on my part, I think if it were me i would want much more aggressive fighters defending me, perhaps they have an ace in the hole and are waiting for the right moment? But on the surface they dont seem to be fighting very hard, This is a SHAM TRIAL to begin with and there is no doubt it is POLITICALLY MOTIVATED and hopefully the members of the Jury will see through this and hand in the correct verdict of NOT GUILTY..
Is it even legal to convict a person of another "crime" that is not specifically included in the charging indictment? And can a rogue prosecutor just invent other crimes for which a defendant might be found guilty? It appears that the judge's jury instructions have a real potential to subvert our justice system, which is why we should be paying more attention to our judicial system in general.
There's only one choice for Bragg and that is a jail cell.
Alleged other crimes - they haven't even told the jury the crimes of which President Trump is currently guilty and now they are talking about other crimes. How much more evidence do we need this trial is nothing but a plitically motivated scam?

Praying God intervenes and puts a stop to all this against President Trump. I pray for God's power to intervene and deliver President Trump from every bit of the false allegations of the all persons involved in manipulating legality.
