All access to the property is limited to state authority only. Border Patrol will be permitted to enter the property to remove their equipment and supplies—Agents will not have access to the area unless there is a medical emergency. I am told that the state plans to start arresting all who cross for criminal trespass—This is not under the new illegal entry law #SB4– They have been arresting for criminal trespass for months.

About Time... Now let the Border Patrol Union ... refuse to obey illegal Executive Orders and Regulatory authority that is in opposition to the statutory law... Simply, refuse to obey unlawful orders and where necessary arrest and detain those agents unwilling to follow the law...not EO's.
Let Governor Abbot offer positions in the Texas National Guard to EVERY Border Patrol agent and then mobilize -them under state authority... once they are state officers in the NG... use them to do the job they were hired to do... and if Biden's executives show up and interfere letTexas arrest them for obstructing justice and interfering with the duties of law enforcement... jail them.
It's about time that the States start protecting our national borders, as the Biden administration has been derelict and unlawfully refused to do so.

Ideally, Gov. Abbott is talking to the other RED STATE GOVERNORS and sharing the lawful grounds for his actions with them... getting them to declare a state emergency and mobilize their State Militia, to do the job the Federal Government refuses to do.

All illegal aliens need to be ID'd and rounded up for deportation... let them file appeals and applications for asylum in their home countries NO, NADA, US attorneys paid for by taxpayers.
