Has anyone considered that Trump's defense counsel has no motivation to have this case thrown out EARLY/immediately...They are being PAID WELL as long as they are needed.
I can't imagine waiting until December 7th to have the Judge rule on the merits of the motions to dismiss.. Unless, of course, the attorneys see their fees disappearing.

Why are Trump's lawyers allowing this case to be delayed? It will affect Trump's ability to campaign which is what the Left wants... in fact, the Judge could issue a GAG order at any time during the trial... wake up... is Trump being set up? Will the judge find an excuse to issue a gag order on Trump in the middle of his campaign?

Everyone knows that Sorass is pulling the strings of biden, obummer, Bragg, etc etc. Now they are abusing the legal system, too. In the meantime President Donald J. Trump is clean as a whistle and they can't get him.
BUT.....they can delay him, no trial , let people believe he has 34 charges against him when in fact it's one charge twisted 34 ways, and the charge isn't even a crime, and statute of limitation ran out even if it were a crime. This in election interference, they want people to think he has a great chance of going to prison and after the election they'll drop the charges because there isn't a case! His attorneys should demand a speedy trial and force them to either do it with no case and make themselves look like the asses they are, or the judge has to dismiss the case! Trump better push his attorneys, the6 better be on their toes, they better not betray him!

The constitutional guarantee of a swift trial... and NY State 30/30 provisions for speedy trial gives the DA 6 Months to bring the case to trial...
