They can't do that. There would be no time to talk about DEI and how to change from girl to boy and boy to girl. The good teachers all quit when they were forcing them to teach that garbage, Several of them were friends of mine.

THE CONCERNED PARENTS OF THE PTA SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE EMPLOYMENT INTERVIEWS FOR TEACHERS, BONDING THOSE TEACHERS TO PERFORMANCE STANDARDS SHOULD BE MANDATORY.. THIS WAY THERE WILL BE NO DEI OR PC GARBAGE TAUGHT TO THE KIDS.

If the kids aren't preforming the teacher is failing. Their JOB is to find ways to make children comprehend and want to learn. Few children enjoy school for the studying, they like socializing, the teacher has to wake their curiosity!

Yes, I would add this: Teachers sign contracts, those contracts should LIMIT them to teaching what they were hired for, be it Math, Literature, English, Science, History etc.. Should they stray
from that and start with their woke bullshit, they get FIRED for breaking their contract
That might work at the lower levels but not at the college level. I have posted about that in here. Merit, Tenure, Faculty Performance Reviews, Committee work, the deck is stacked by force or ejection, to somehow, prove they have accomodated the stated goals. And when push came to shove during CoVid there was no way out....
Well, tenure is BS, should not exist, and even at college level the professor is responsible for WHAT they learn. A history professor shouldnt be teaching sexuality...for example. Get rid of all the BS classes like black studies, go back to classical education......the rest the kids will learn, they will figure out without being told how to think about it.
