"NO WHERE in Article III does it say that the judges have the same legislative power as Congress or the same executive authority of the President.

Further, the authority to OVERsee both POTUS and Congress places the courts in the superior position when they are to be the least of the three.
Their job is to decide if the case in front of them is constitutional or not.......that's it! They are supposed to be independent in their politics and not allowed to be influenced by it!
