If that is true, Blagojavich should sue for the release of those tapes and if the FBI won't listen to him. he should talk to Tom Fitton at Judicial Watch; JW seems willing to "go to bat" for a great many wrong doings, even for individuals.
Doesn't mean they give it up......they hang on to information they don't want out and pretend to be dumb!
True that - -but if JW takes a case to court, they generally win and the court CAN force even the FBI into submission!
I have NOT researched this case, however, in my view over the last 15 years, Judicial Watch has done more to support Truth and Justice than any other single entity. I mostly support whatever JW does.
