It's all part of their sinister, EVIL plan to subjugate We the People!!!!! Everything they are doing is designed to turn America back to the stone ages to help them seize control over every aspect of life and empoverish We the People, including the fools who think they are only after we consrervatives!!!!! The power grid is not overtaxed. It is another tactic to screw us over the "green deal". Electric cars need electricity to charge the batteries. Where the hell do they think the power is coming from to do that? We need to force thie truth down their throats the same way they feed us their lies. There will be no more cross couintry drives. Electric cars will not do it. The batteries in electric cars is massive and when their 5 year life span is over, it will cost as much as the car to buy a new one. Then the old ones cannot be recycled. We are beinbg suckered AGAIN!! And here we sit doing nothing to stop this take over. We are a bunch of pussies! I have been to visit my congress reps in person. I e-mail them every day, i never let up. But it takes more then one person to make change. I hope that all of you reading this will get actively involved and not just bitch on the internet.
The Power Gird is at 95% of its peak operational load and at times demand exceeds capacity.. as evidenced in areas where brownouts occur... Historically, we have had several Black Outs in the North East due to transmission line problems at peak demand.
Utility Giants don't add production or transmission capacity on a whim... they keep capacity at near peak demand at all times, maximizing profits. Utility companies are not interested in maintaining excess production or transmission capacity it is too expensive. Adding Electric Cars to the current demand for electricity, without MAJOR expansion in production AND transmission capacity, massive increases in demand would shut down the better part of our National Electric Grid. It would require rationing or implementing staggered service in many areas, to bring electricity back online and maintained.
CONSIDER THIS... over the last few years new electronic 'Electric Meters' have been MANDATED and installed nationally. These Electric Meters can be remotely shut down, making it possible to ration electricity based on government allocation and timing... I would ask... Could this capability be planned as part of a new world system to coerce compliance and control populations? The answer to that is obvious... yes it could.
P/S much of the world only has electricity for portions of the day.... remember Obama said we would have to learn to live with LESS... get ready for less electricity as we close coal-fired plants and cut way back on natural gas-fired power stations. all of this is unnecessary if we shifted gears and developed our NUCLEAR POWER resources and went to geothermal and TIDAL power stations. Properly sited and constructed OCEAN TIDAL power stations harness both the incoming and outgoing tide to produce power... Tidal power harnessed the energy created by the moon's gravity and its movement of the oceans waters (a huge source of energy)... clean, esthetic, and unlimited power for those who have access to tidal waters... ocean shores and tidal rivers.
