Trump must declare a National Emergency and initiate Limited Martial Law... to provide the constitutional power needed to clean out the political and judicial sedition passing for lawful government. Suspend and detain the judiciary under military confinement, using Martial Law to provide the Administration the time to reorganize and reform the Judiciary.

Congress has the Constitutional power to create and dissolve Inferior Federal Courts... at will. They may dissolve one or all of the Article 1 and 3, Administrative, District, and Appellate Courts, as necessary to good order. Let the Congress (GOP Caucus) propose amendments to the current Federal Judiciary Act of 1789 ... re-authorizing and reorganizing the Federal Courts... removing all the sitting Judiciary pending reappointment or new replacements are confirmed to the reorganized courts...
It is past time for Congress and the Executive Branch to reign in the Rouge Federal Courts... dissolve them and then re-authorize them... eliminating the Rouge Justices in one swift action. One may also consider expanding the Supreme Court by... creating 3 Divisions: a Civil, Criminal, and Constituional Division, each, with 9 justices. Thus diluting the power of a few activist judges to reframe our Constitutional government and its law... through Judicial Fiat.

When I read my TP e-mail, then the opening statement, the thought crossed me that Col. Ron wrote this. I clicked the discussion link and read the paragraph and I knew it was from him. The verification was found. I knew it! I have read everyone’s responses without surprise. And to all of you, I write; These writings have merit, but I hold two things against you. (#1) You have not exhibited enough patience. Inquire of Yahweh that He might provide more patience for you. It has only been two-months-and-one-day since the inauguration. Pam Bondi sits at Trump’s call. Do you know about their discussions? Trump’s thinking may be influenced by that which we know not. If Trump, et al, told us everything, all the enemy would likewise know what they should not! An impeachment(s) of a judge(s) is underway. What we use against others will be used against us. For every action, there is an equal or greater reaction. The devil is not stupid nor are his handmaids. Donald has prepared a table for and before all his enemies and the feast has begun. The fundamentals of our law have not changed... Natural Law remains consistent over time... providing Godly order in a world of disorder.
Progressive and activist judges have corrupted the application and interpretation of the law... manipulating the language of the law to fit their personal view of a new world order. Words have meaning and none so powerful than those of the law...It is therefore essential that the words of the judiciary mirror the original intent of the Constituiton and God's Natural law.

Limited Marshall Law... would be used to suspend the federal courts while rewriting the Federal Judicial Act and during the physical reorganization to stop lawfare...
Without limited martial law reorganization of the Judiciary would be hamstrung by lawsuits challenging everything done, including the color of ink used.

I wonder if you’ll feel the same way if another Obama or Biden comes along. How about the Supreme Court, should they be allowed to over-rule the president?
