Rush Limbaugh's Producer Bo Snerdley asks for prayers for Rush

Producer James Golden, better known as Rush Limbaugh's sidekick Bo Snerdley, delivered an update Wednesday on the talk-radio icon's fight against cancer.

"Our prayers are with Rush as he continues to fight the illness he [h]as been afflicted with. We are still praying for a remission. Today @KenMatthews will fill in for Rush. Thanks for all of your prayers, kind words and wishes for our Rush. God Bless you," he wrote on Twitter.

Twitter user Mike Anthony certainly spoke for Limbaugh's supporters when he wrote: "Fight like hell Rush, God's not done with you yet, you still have a lot of work to do for America."

Fox News noted Limbaugh has been off the air since Feb. 2.

    Thank you Bo.  I've had Rush on my mind and heart everyday.  Here is man who has taught us how to think for ourselves, how keep fighting for personal goals,  He has taught us sooooo much.  Now he's teaching us how deal with our motality. I do pray for Rush. God bless him and God help us without him. Amen

    America in general and the GOP in particular would be mere shadows of themelves without 3+ decades of Rush Limbaugh's wisdom, conservative values, and personal drive.  Bless you Rush!!!

    Rush is the one person who would always lift me up when I was down and depressed about our country and understanding what the left was doing and why. To understand what they were up to. No one can do it like Rush can. May God bless him and give him the strength to pull through this. Lord please reach down your healing hands upon him and remove this pestilence so we can have him with us in fighting the evil within our government for many more years. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
