I discovered the secret client of Ilhan Omar's husband Tim Mynett's business (Rose Lake Capital).
His name is Byju Raveendran. (look him up LOLOL) This Indian "entrepreneur" is known for hiding $533 Million dollars from lenders.
Allegedly the $533M's was "round-tripped" to Camshaft Capital, a sham Miami hedge fund. (Basically back to himself).
I believe Tim, Alex Hoffman and Will Hailer, through "Rose Lake Capital" were to help Byju secretly buy back the debt of his company for .24 cents on the dollar.
Byju wired Rose Lake Capital 11 million dollars to make it seem like they were qualified investors, and then they returned the money to Byju.
It appears as though that $11M was likely apart of the misappropriated $533M.
Hailer claims he had no clue that he was being used as a "pawn" by Byjju, yet he expected a $15M payout for Rose Lake Capital's "service" and was also offered a $500k salary and a luxurious lifestyle in Dubai, where he wouldn't face any legal troubles for the things he and Rose Lake Capital were doing.
Allegedly Byju was spending $10k to fly Hailer out for meetings in his luxurious residence.
It looks like Wailer claims he thought Byju really cared about child learing, and that is the reason he kept working with him despite the "red flags."
In my opinion, those red flags, are very similar to the red flags that come from Tim and Will's other business ventures, such as the winery and cannabis company, both ending in fraud allegations from investors, who were also promised large returns, while the businesses lacked substance.
Something tells me Tim and Will knew what was going on all along. What do you think? It feels like there is more to this...
