    WAKE UP PEOPLE, WE ARE AT WAR WITH THE DEMOCRATS AND IF WE DON'T REALIZE IT SOON, WE WILL LOSE THE WAR. TRUMP NEEDS TO USE LEGAL WARFARE TO HAVE THE DEMOCRATS DECLARED AS A TERRORIST ORGANIZATION AND DESOLVED!

     
    It is time we put a stop to the Democrats efforts to destroy America! There is no reason to excuse Democrats for their violent rhetoric, nor to expect them to tone it down! Obviously they are going to keep turning it up. Therefore, the only intelligent thing to do is accept the fact that Democrats have gone over to the dark side and have become a real TERRORIST ORGANIZATION and should be dissolved completely, and all Democrats should be deported to Marxist, Communist, or Muslim countries immediately. There is no reason why we should continue to accept a political organization to exist in the United States that is totally Anti-American, openly hates America, wants to destroy the Constitution, and convert the this country from being based on Judea-Christian principals to becoming Marxist, Communist, or Muslim! We can do this or watch our country be stolen from us by turning our own political and legal system against us by allowing Billionaire Globalist to convert us to Marxist or Communist by buying elections or by Muslims taking us over by producing huge amounts of Muslim children who do not want our life style and have no intention of assimilating!
     

    ADDITIONALLY, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT TRUMP REVOKE ALL THE VISAS FOR CHINESE AND MUSLIMS!  ESPECIALLY THE 600,000 CHINESE STUDENT SPIES, AND THE CHINESE AND MUSLIMS THAT ARE DRIVING 18 WHEELERS AND BUSES! WE CERTAINLY DON'T NEED CHINESE SPYS DRIVING TRUCKS WITH NUCLEAR WEAPONS AND DANGEROUS DISEASES ANY WHERE THEY WANT, AND MUSLIMS DRIVING HEAVY HAULERS KILLING PEOPLE!

    How is this NOT a serious violation of the constitutional supremacy clause and federal jurisdiction in matters of immigration and naturalization? Federal charges would be more than appropriate, and the sooner the better. DOJ, please do your job regardless of the political pushback, as there is certain to be a lot of it coming from the democratic socialists and other looney-toon leftists.

    I agree...

    To make this as bloodless as possible... Trump needs to:

    1. Declare a National Emergency... citing the open rebellion and insurrection threatening our Nation's soverignty and civil order.
    2. Declare Limited Martial Law... suspend the broken and ineffective Federal Judiciary (institute military tribunals as their temporary replacement) and suspend those members within Congress spreading sedition and insurrection... until they can be vetted, charged or returned to Congress. 
    3.  Allow the local governments to run the daily affairs of government... until they can be vetted. 
    4. Let the Military, and the US Marshals Service enforce Federal and associated local laws, together with the local courts as necessary to good order and to guarantee a Republican Form of Government... as ordained by the US Constitution.
    5. Suspend and reappoint all local government executive leadership pending the service of charges and indictments for lawless agents.  Replace the senior leadership as needed with federal officers... US Military... appointed by a Presidential commission.
    6. Establish Term limits for all elected and appointed officials. One term, 6 years, with 1/3rd standing for election and appointment every 2 years.
    7. Hold new elections for all elected offices within 2 years of establishing Martial Law. Complete the replacement and appointment of new civil service leadership in 2 years.
    8. Suspend the Free Press... until it can be properly vetted and re-certified as ligitimate press.  Use the Military Public Information service to provide the news, national, and local... until a free press can be reinstituted.

      With all due respect and gratitude for your service, sir; We the People of these United States can enforce our state and federal law obligations much cheaper and more peacefully than a federal declaration of martial law. The state and national guards stand ready and can get backup from civic-minded citizens as required. Those states that cannot or will not do so should suffer the consequences of that neglect until their own citizens rise to the occasion and replace the incompetent and/or corrupt state government officials who are responsible. Self-governance is key to liberty and state sovereignty, and the more local, the better.
