  • His words are bull-shit!! His actions are those of a criminal Traitor!!! The real problem is the stupid citizens that keep and support these demonrats.

    • I couldn't agree more!
Teachers are responsible for the lack of knowledge, they are the ones put on the front line to make sure the children learn, advance, and get passed ONLY when they earned that next step! Teachers didn't fight for the kids, didn't stand for them, caved to pressure, didn't have he courage to do their JOBS! They lost the respect of the communities and the children, while they fight us every step of the way as they grow, they appreciate, and must have structure, discipline, and authority at home and in the. Go back to classical education, stop the new math, the new BS that gets them nowhere, give them the solid base they need and they will vote better, and they will not need to be medicated for anxiety at 5.

  • Hey, Chuckyou Schumer, I think you got the word Bastards directed toward the wrong party - dumbass.

  • No, Chuckie, you are just getting a "bite" of long over-due PAYBACK, so SUCK IT UP!!

  • Oh, we've been called worst and by more powerful people! Rolls off like water off a duck!

  • Well cryin Chuckie - we all know the deMOCKrats call Republicans everything of which they themselves are guilty.  Look in the mirror, Chuckie baby! [If you can stand to do that without frightening yourself to death]

  • Oh, Chuckie get a Sense of Humor!! If the shoe was on the other foot you'd be laughing your butt off!! Well now it's our turn.   LOL!!!!

  • The President has the Executive power to appoint and withdraw appointments under Article 2, Section 3 to "... take care that the laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all of the Officers of the United States."

In addiiton the Executive power to appoint inherently convey's the power to terminate appointments ... too, higher and firer all civil officers of the government (Executive Branch).

Article 2, Section 3, and Article 3, Section 1 provide the President with the power to remove Judges for BAD CONDUCT... without the need to impeach them...  He appoints judges and therefore the inherent Executive power to remove appointments.

    Article 3, Section 1 states:

"The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance Office."

The Chief Executive (The President) appoints judges and inherently has the power to terminate his commissions and appointments for BAD CONDUCT under Article 3, Section 1, (see above). in Judges SERVE DURING GOOD BEHAVIOUR and are subject to removal by Executive action when they breach GOOD BEHAVIOR.

It should be noted that Judges are technically not civil officials or members of the Executive branch and, therefore, are not subject to impeachment.  See: Article 2, Section 4 of the US Constitution... Impeachment is reserved for the VP, President, and CIVIL Officers (Officers of the Executive Branch) of the United States.

The Judicial branch, its officers and Judges are not CIVIL OFFICERS they are part of the Judicial Branch of Government. Judges may be removed by Executive action... orders or warrants. Judges are members of the Judiciary and technically are not civil officers.  Appeal for a President that abuses his removal powers is IMPEACHMENT.

  • At least the demonrats supported the CR and didn't dare to shut down President Trump’s administration. The next budget bill will hopefully include serious cuts to entitlements like Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security where a lot of money can be saved to pay for tax cuts.

  • Chuckyou Schumer should have departed the Senate years ago.  He has overstayed his Senate position by several decades.  Time for Chuckie to go back to NY.
