  • The SCOTUS ruled there is no constitutional authority for the Federal Government to regulate abortion... they ruled that any supposed right to abortion falls under the STATES AUTHORITY.   Sen Graham is overstepping his authority doing what he does best... asserting FIAT LAW as Constitutional.

Any bill Sen. Graham proposes that asserts federal jurisdiction over abortion is unconstitutional...  Sen. Graham is an Attorney by profession  He needs to be disbarred for such poppycock.  What he is proposing OPENS THE DOOR FOR FURTHER DEBATE ON A FEDERAL ROLL TO REGULATE ABORTION... He is not doing the conservative or unborn any favors

  • Pure politician. Useless!

  • Why is Graham even addressing abortion .... the SCOTUS ruled that the Constitution doesn't address it. at all.   Therefore it is a state's issue, not the Federal government's.   Graham's proposed legislation would therefore be unconstitutional and it would open the door for the left to engage abortion rights at the federal level.

  • What is his plan? He was recently re-elected, so its something else surely to harm the concervatives.

  • I'm not very interested in what he has to say!

  • War muger Graham has to start grand standing he a Rino

  • There is no doubt that the huge majority of American patriots is pro-life. Graham represents the obvious. Why are all of you thinking that this could jeopardize the election?
