What democracy? That word does not exist in our founding documents, so what exactly is he speaking about? If he were a high school kid, and I a high school teacher, I would make him stay through lunch and after school and FIND evidence, ANY evidence, that we are a democracy. And then write a 5 page paper on it. Actually, maybe all of Congress should have to do this.
