Congress needs to follow up with Criminal indictments... find a local prosecutor willing to charge and pursue prosecution... then set him or her aside to administer justice in a DC Court... DC is managed by Congress and that includes the judicial system and administration of law and order. The GOP Controls the House... the Speaker and the power needed to prosecute...
