Yep, upper command wants to give a sniper a bit of a chance to finish the job. Somebody in the S.S. and or F.B.I. wants Mr. TRUMP DEAD. There will be another at Least Attempt on Trump. Hope and Pray it gets foiled again.

Do we even TRUST the SS?
I would bet Trump has his own protection.
He would almost have to - Trump is smart enough not to rely totally on the USSS, especially after 2 attempts.
