Speaker Johnson had best warn the Sergeant at Arms, he will NOT be allowed to do any such thing. I do believe the Speaker is the one authorized to make such decisions- - I have NOT forgotten "who" wields the power of the gavel, especially after all of Fancy Nancy's actions!
