Mail in ballots are a major source of FRAUD... no one knows for certain who completed the ballot.... millions of illegal ballots were counted as cast for Biden... Millions more for TRump were conveniently lost in the mail. Elections should be conducted with in-person voting, with a picture voter ID, and absentee ballots witnessed by a notary public and mailed in via certified mail.. receipt requested.
