According to the bragadosio mayor of Baltimore, it was NOT a terrorist attack. He said that, almost immediately after the collision occurred. So just HOW does he know that before any investigation takes place? He doesn't, so take that statement with a grain of salt.
It seems the Dalia was operating under the flag of Singapore; that nation is not one of our "charter allies", but evidently not one of our sdversaries either. The article claimed the vessel is owned by Maersk- - that caught my attention. Does anyone remember the Maersk Alabama and Captain Phillips?? Trying to remember if that incident took place in 2012, or 2009. Anyway, I am not pointing a finger at Maersk, but question the character and intent of the individual in command of the Dalia.

BUT I WASNT THERE SO ITS NOT MY PLACE TO SECOND GUESS THOSE THAT WERE, ITS TRAGIC FOR THOSE FAMILIES THAT LOST LOVE ONES, The economic impact will be tremendous, We can only hope that the BRIDGE will be rebuilt soon hopefully by the BEST ENGINEERS AVAILABLE, HOPEFULLY DESIGNED TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.

A ship's passage is slower than a car or aircraft. IF done purposely, the hour would make it more covert. And if it was a terrorist group, Will any investigators dare reveal that to the public???
