Spain Just Got Invaded!

From Roy Ben-Tzvi

A small Spanish town on Africa's north coast. Officials reported between 2,000 - 5,000 people invaded, some swimming around the border barrier or crossing in inflatable boats at Tarajal Beach.

Mostly 'young men'..... went through the streets hear the border checkpoint.

Cauta's regional President, Juan Jesus Vivas, declared an "absolute humanitarian and social emergency." and called on Madrid to send troops and reassert control of the border. Spain's Interior Ministry initially resisted—arguing migration surges aren't covered under their civil protection framework. He then, reveresed course and deployed army unoits to reinforce the Guardia Civil. Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said his government was "fully commited to providing an immediate response," and Madrid and Rabat agreed to speed up returns.

This was the direct result of the combination of two things:
1. The Spanish Amnesty Pledge
2. The Spanish Supreme Court ruling earlier in July, that migrants, if intercepted at sea, CANNOT be returned to Morocco.
