Use the shutdown to send out' reduction in force' notices (lay off notices) for up to a 1/3rd of the civil service employees...
Close the Department of Educaiton (DOE)... Convert the DOE into the 'Office of Education' and place it under the Department of Labor or Commerce. Give the new Office of Education the mission to assist states and employers in standardizing education goals, tailored to meet the Nation's and State's long-term vocational needs.
Allow the Office of Education to establish broad vocational certification standards and educational goals,,, coordinating their implementation with the various states and commercial enterprises... ensuring a viable and qualified labor force is trained and ready to meet the needs of commerce and the nation.
Mr. Speaker, how is that a surprise... How long have you served in Congress, and you just now discover that the Democrats don't play fair or comply with the US Constitution? Where did you get your diploma... get a refund, Your education is woefully inadequate.
Maybe Trump has a plan??????
