If a worthless act like IMPEACHMENT is called 'action' we are in trouble.... Myorkis will continue in his job and the US Senate will ignore the Impeachment resolution. Calling it political theater.
All economic foriegn aid shoujld be a loan... if the debtor nation is later on found unable to repay we can always convert the loan to a grant. where true hardship is indicated.
