President Trump learned a lot in his first term. Now he knows how to use the power of the presidency more effectively as he crushes any opposition to his agenda and enforces his will on corporations, universities, etc that aren't following the way he laid out to make America great again. This is just beautiful and satisfying to watch for any patriotic American.
He has NOT learned yet how to stand up to unlawful judges. In his first E.O from his 1st term, he used the authority from 1952 McCarren-Walter Act to ban those from certain muslim nations. One judge stopped him. McCarren-Walter gave him the authority to keep out any group for any reason for any length of time. Additionally, only HE has the Necessary and Proper Clause in Art. II to do as he sees fit. He stood down then and has not stood up yet to either, or, or both, put them in their place, teach them the Constitution and what UNDER means, what "Necessary and Proper" mean, and more.
Not yet, has he done it. THAT is why this judicial REBELLION continues. They need a SMACK DOWN EXTRAORDINAIRE and SOOOON.
Jea9, I believe President Trump is working on assuming full authority over the judiciary as well. He knows that we the people can't tolerate rogue judges anymore if they undermine the President of the United States' agenda. Once President Trump controls all branches of government and has gotten rid of all opposing forces (including msm, universities, etc), he will make America great again and ensure our freedom and liberties.
Paul, You always kind of give the impression that Trump should be a dictator. I don't think you really mean that. "Assuming full authority," sounds like he could fire Congress, which he can't and fire the courts, which he can as he can revoke their commissions. But to do that—tthere likely would be a 'war' by the nutcases in charge and running around like rabid bats on steroids. And it's hard for him to do as he IS trying to do, when both R's and D's don't WANT things changed. Spkr Johnson—talk is cheap. Jordan—talk is cheap. All of them—talk is cheap.
I do not know that most of them——actually know how far OFF TRACK we truly are——when we are contrasted to our Declaration's and Constitution's LImited Representative and Moral/Natural Law. Twenty gazillion stupid laws made muck mud out of our country. Laws they had no right to write. Even unlawful amendments. and pathetically ignorant and stupid court opinions written on thin air. And the she-ite runs downhill to the states and local govco's. How much Trump CAN do, remains to be seen.
The courts are like the top of the peak of bs, as they essentially pave the way for Congress AND foul ideology, both——to run rampant over us, like Tienaman Square—we just aren't astute enough as a country to see the comparisons. Ex. How many gun laws are there? Why does the 2nd A say "NOT?"
Why does the fedgov.co take for them before we get the remains of what they allow us to have? In common terms, there is a mob controlling OUR paychecks. Why are property taxes even seen as constitutional?? It is OBVIOUS that it is to TAKE property. Taxes can be paid in other ways than to attach to the single largest thing a person ever purchases.
