Supreme Court Announces Investigation into Dobbs Leak is Inconclusive |
Quick reminder: this leak led to a failed assassination attempt of a Supreme Court judge. Washington Examiner: After nearly 11 months of an investigation into who leaked a draft decision signaling overturning Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court announced Thursday its investigation is inconclusive. The court released a 20-page public copy of the investigation. Chief Justice John Roberts initially tapped the marshal of the Supreme Court to conduct the investigation (Washington Examiner). Spencer Brown: The Marshal’s report noted that “if a Court employee disclosed the draft opinion, that person brazenly violated a system that was built fundamentally on trust with limited safeguards to regulate and constrain access to very sensitive information,” and pointed to the COVID-19 pandemic as contributing to an “expansion of the ability to work from home, as well as gaps in the Court’s security policies” that “created an environment where it was too easy to remove sensitive information from the building and the Court’s IT networks” (Townhall). Life News: The House Judiciary Committee intends to continue investigating the Supreme Court draft opinion leak that surrounded Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization (Life News). |

Roberts needs to go! He cannot be trusted, he is not a conservative, he is compromised by the crap "they" have on him forcing him to always lean to the left. If we never had him on the Supreme Court.......the country would be in a better place!
