SCOTUS loss Its Census Over Citizenship Thanks to "Obamacare is a tax" Chief Justice John Roberts

Late Wednesday, the Supreme Court denied efforts by an abortion group to suspend Texas law banning women from proceeding six weeks after pregnancy, a split discussion hours after the ban had already taken effect. Joined.

The ruling, issued a minute before midnight, followed all-day protests from abortion groups and applause from national abortion opponents after the Texas ban began. Similar abortion bans in other states were quickly suspended by federal court before they came into effect.

The court refused to block law enforcement over the objections of three liberal associate judges and Supreme Court Judge John Roberts.

  • "All Are Created Equal " this words are written in our constitution so I say when life is created it has the protection of Constitution of the United States to see how far they life will go

  • Skeptical,

It would be utterly impossible for you to "Tax my capacities", even if I were Comatose. Perhaps if One would research the Histories behind the Words of Our Constitution, then the Meanings would become more clear and less myopic.

    • You are entitled to your opinion, of course.

I observe that the Constitution was not composed exclusively for lawyers, but for all to read for comprehension. With this in mind coupled with historical reference, its intentions or few short comings ought to be...self evident.

  • Skeptical,

Your display of "Song and Dance" around "Definition", is just " STUPID! " In actuality, you're beginning to sound a great deal like a Biden Parrot using the same form of logic to validate his stances. Enough!

    • Just an examination of the limits in the Constitutional language. But I am regretful if it has taxed your senior capacities, since I do not intend to perplex.

I'll understand if you the need to avoid to reply at all it if troubles you so.

  • The "Constitution" contains no definition of "Life". Texas " Law" defined " Life" as a "Heartbeat." The United States Supreme Court refused to Hear a Constitutional Challenge against the Texas Law due to extremely poor presentation. The Texas "Law" definition of "Life" currently Stands as Precedent in U.S. Law.

    • Hence my use of the word "would".

The Constitution does define the means and conditions of taking life though. It also descibes the boundries of how federal actions may limit or empower in qualification, life.

Lacking a definition of living identity status, affords property owners the ability to patent life, under the patenting process. I would see that de facto abolished. It is potentially a revivified state of slavery, when life is defined as property.

  • The Constitutional definition of unique individual identity occuring at the point the unborns DNA is neither absolutely paternal or maternal (at conception) would pre-empt all the controversy, eliminate state-by-state discretion concerning abortion in a equal protection found in the Constitution, and the ideal described in the Declaration of Independence concerning LIFE, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

But so much sophistry has been practiced in Supreme Court rulings, that an amendment by Congress or a Convention might be the only path out of the legal quagmire.

  • John Roberts has to go and I pray Trump will do it on 2024

  • Great news
