The U.S. Supreme Court has issued a ruling in Texas’ lawsuit challenging election procedures in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin. The lawsuit divided the nation, with roughly half the states supporting and opposing the lawsuit, respectively.
The Court just denied Texas’ request to file a Bill of Complaint. Justices Alito and Thomas would have granted it, but denied any additional relief.

The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.
Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.

The Supreme Courts needs to come before the American Citizens and explain their decision so we understand, otherwise there will be those who resort to violence. But, I won't hold my breath. Our leaders are either crooks or cowards! Only one man is strong enough to lead us! He is Donald Trump! I will never call Joe Biden or Kamala Harris my President. America will regret they let this happen.

There were no dissenting opinions. Not One of them has a spine. This is why Trump should have gone with people that he KNOWS instead of recommendations from others. Even Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barret are unknowns to him except through recommendation. People like Judge Jeanine, Tom Fitton, Jay Sekulow, Mark Levin are KNOWN quantities however. THEY would have his back NO MATTER WHAT! They've ssid so.
Slight correction here - -an earlier news release, today, stated Justice Thomas and Justice Alito dissented; frankly I was not surprised roberts, kagan and sotomyor said "no", but the other four certainly took my breath away. Frankly, federal election laws were broken (that apply to ALL states) and not "just" state election laws, so, IMHO SCOTUS is "shirking" their absolute duty on this one.
What? We are a UNION... a Republic ... each state has a direct cognizable interest in how members of the UNION conduct elections for FEDERAL OFFICES ... no standing is a total cop out... a completely bogus assertion.

Roberts may be compromised .... he may be experiencing blackmail for the way he adopted his two children... or he may be named in the child porn and sex ring headed up by Epstein. There certainly is probable cause to investigate both and if Roberts is implicated as criminally culpable in either or both issues he needs to resign now... not latter.
Yeah Ron I agree with you about Roberts. He started out conservative but turned liberal later because he is being black mailed. I heard his name is on the flight manifest of the Lolita Express and the deep state is using it to make him vote the way they want him to vote. The guy has no more ethics, if he did he would resign rather than being blackmailed.
