Supreme Court rules Trump has authority to use Alien Enemies Act against Venezuelan illegals

So they reign higher than POTUS? I care only somewhat that they ruled in his favor. They are STILL establishing precedent that they are ABOVE POTUS.

I care that they are NOT under the Constitution, that they have no right to supercede his authority to EXECUTE the laws of the land and Faithfully do that very thing.

If this were a cartoon tv show, it would be obvious that the COURT is the KING in the weighing of all of these matters. They have the pen and an opinion, while HE has the sword and Congress the purse.
As I weigh these, each of the two are heavier than the one. How is it that they can squiggle and wiggle around EVERY PRINCIPLE of "Necessary and Proper" and "Faithfully Execute the Laws of the Land"? And "Under?"

It would be one thing if Trump were actually out of order. He is not. They are.

When they can define LIFE, SEX, RACISM, —according to MORAL principles based on LONANG (Law of Nature and Nature's God), then maybe, I will again pick up some degree of respect for them. At this point, my respect for them has the weight of a paper airplane, which could be thrown out the window, oooops, there it went.

  I took it as they agreed he is able to do as he is doing, that it is constitutional......not giving him the authority, but saying he HAS the authority.

  The implication is just as important as the actual thing. Most people will hear this and believe in a nanosecond that the court has the right and authority to weigh in on POTUS and give approval or not. It is just not good enough, due to the fact that overall, this nation is clueless about almost everything.
