FCC regulatory licensing of web domains needs to be modified to ensure those entities managing web content conform to US Statutory and Constitutional law regarding access to public airways and to the internet. It is difficult to understand why CURRENT LAW doesn't already require FCC regulatory compliance for access to the Internet as a public forum.
Why Congress, the DOJ, and FCC have failed to interpret the current licensing of airways to include the electronic internet electronic spectrum escapes me. It appears that the FCC wants to avoid holding radical leftists accountable for abusing their access to what is a public system of broadband data transmeison... not much different than radio, television, or telephone service.
Stop the BS and use the authority already present in the FCC statutes and regulatory process to open up the internet and broadband spectrum to government regulation as a condition for access and licensing.
