    If the motion for 'contempt' fails... will Paxton charge Beto with inciting riot, accessory to riot, insurrection, or several other charges for endangering the public's safety? 

    Failure on the contempt motion will be blamed on the Judge... who is safe from voter reprisals... this sort of cowardly action is typical of RINOs and weak political leadership... get rid of Paxton if he is unable to CHAGE/INDICT men like Beto.

      Exactly... and the left understands this. The Texas AG needs to be removed if he doesn't follow through.
