The Biden Administration was spying on J6ers long after their cases were closed.

Extremely concerning.
The pertinent question is quickly becoming "Who WASN'T the Biden regime spying on?"

I guess now is as good a time as any to post about this. Earlier this week I received a notification from Google that the government, specifically the Department of Justice, had been spying on me and reading my emails for approximately a year.
I don't know exactly when it started or if it ever stopped once the new administration began. I don't know if a similar sealed warrant may have allowed the DOJ to spy on me in other ways like going through phone records, using snitches to gather dirt on me, or following me physically in public.
There are multiple case numbers associated with this, none of which appear on PACER for me to examine. Per the email, Google was legally barred from informing me that I was being spied on, and these would appear then to be sealed warrants for a sealed investigation. For what? Nobody knows. I've consulted with my trial lawyer, sentencing lawyer, and civil attorneys and nobody knows.
There are clues. The case numbers include '24' or '2024'. This means these investigations were likely initiated long after January 6 and after I had already served my prison sentence. This was also a warrant for a brand-new email I opened after my incarceration (three years after my arrest), so it should theoretically have nothing to do with my January 6 case.
I had also thought it could have related to my appeal that was ongoing. SCOTUS overturned 18 USC 1512 in June 2024, and my appeal on that charge was also settled in fall later that year. Appeals are based on what is already on the record, not new information, so it would make no sense for the Department of Justice to be looking for incriminating information or information to corroborate their opposition.
The letters 'SC' also appears in the case numbers. This does not stand for South Carolina or Small Claims. All cases I've found in this format are 'sealed cases' involving government spying and secret warrants. The J6 pipe bomber warrant is an example, or Jack Smith's search of President Trump's Twitter dm's, etc.
Even after SCOTUS overturned the DOJ's application of 18 USC 1512, prosecutors refused to commit to not re-prosecuting me under a different legal theory, only agreeing once Trump won the 2024 election. To this day the DOJ refuses to return my property from my January 6 home raid, with the exception being a singular postcard from the Russian Embassy I had never heard about. Now just this week I learn that I have been secretly spied on for who knows how long after serving my sentence.
I and my legal team will be digging into this further. But people who call me 'paranoid' or say I'm 'divisive' for calling people 'feds' who are clearly feds - go fuck yourselves, idiots. I've had people spying on me and trying to incriminate me for the last four years, and it has been sheer tyranny of will that's gotten me this far.
