Don't be fooled by Russian propaganda... don't be fooled by Bidenista propaganda.

Ukraine is not now, nor has it ever been a liberal, Western style democracy. Ukraine is a hard-scrabble stink hole that has been both victim and perpetrator of horrid crimes through the centuries...but beginning in 1991 when the USSR collapsed got their first whiff of free air in1200 years.

They were intoxicated by the scent.

But old, corrupt ways die hard.

For 30 years Ukrainians have been trying to walk in, what for them, is uncharted territory: dismissing nearly a half century of So iet domination; throwing off the yoke of Imperial Russian domination; trying to instil honest governance into an inherently corrupt leadership class.

That they have succeeded at all is a wonder. That they have failed to live up to their hopes goes without further elaboration.

Putin miscalculated the Ukrainian desire to be left alone.

The ruling gang in America also miscalculated -- on everything connected to Ukraine because the Biden Crime Family has dealt only with Ukraine's criminal elements.

None of the governmental players in this tragedy are without stain. Least of all the Biden maladministration whose incompetence & avarice fanned the flame that are now burning across eastern Europe.

Trust no single news source or government pronouncement ... Get as wide a view as possible & make up your own minds.

  You are so right about the Ukraine, corruption in their leadership runs deep, but we are seeing their people are striving for a good country. Much like us, the people are good, it's the powerful at the top that is rotten. We need to watch the people of Ukrain and learn.....soon it might be our turn, only we fight the enemy within!

Although so many people commenting on this site appear to have an insider’s knowledge of the Russia/Ukraine situation, I remain somewhat skeptical. We know Putin is bad, very, very bad. We know that for sure because Hillary Clinton has been telling us that for years. Biden, Pelosi, and AOC have also been on board with that assessment. With these fine upstanding defenders of democracy all whistling the same tune, it has to be true. RIGHT! Even our trustworthy and totally impartial media echo the exact same sentiment. Quite often word for word. The evidence is quite clear; Ukraine is the good guy and the victim in this disagreement. And those very same people have assured us of that, time and time again. So obviously, it must be true. After all, any government that would give Hunter Biden a good paying job in his time of need is certainly worthy of our blood and treasure. RIGHT!

  I don't trust in giving money, it's just another chance for halftime to gain another few milllions for himself. The Ukraine needs food, water, and arms! I can't begin to imagine what these talks will accomplish......while the attacks are still going on!
