The Communist Control Act of 1954 is U.S. Federal Law since Dwight D. Eisenhower signed it on Aug. 24, 1954.
It stripped the CPUSA of any and all legal rights, privileges and immunities.
1. It outlawed the Communist Party. It declared the CP as an instrument of a conspiracy to overthrow the government and a "clear, present and continuing danger to national security."
2. It terminated any and all Legal Status. It removed the CPUSA and any successor organizations from legal standing, denied them access to the ballot, the ability to sue or be sued in court and all property leasing privilieges.
3. It subjected knowing and willfull members of the Communist Party to the penalties outlined in the Internal Security Act of 1950 (McCarran Act), including potential fines or imprisonment.
4. It created a legal category for "Communist-Infiltrated Organizations." Under the Labor Relations Act, labor unions or employers found to be infiltrated by communists can lose all bargaining rights, representation status and legal protections (though a provision allowed rank-and-file workers to petition the National Labor Relation Board (NLRB) to retain bargaining righs.
This act emerged from a combination of anti-subversive proposals, including amendments to target party membership and labor structures.
It passed with overwhelming support in both Senate and the House before being signed by President Eisenhower.
Trump can enact unilaterally the provisions to support this bill in a series of E.O's that declare this nation under communist rule. Hats off to Eisenhower.
There was judicial pushback, which he needs to prep for via military. It needs to be dusted off, prepped and be raised up as our War Flag to save our towns, cities, states and country. Amen.

Ilona, there is no expiration date but an activist judge ruled out unconstitutional.
