To that end our forefathers crafted a government that divided its power among the People, State, and Federal agency... creating a Constitutional Republic with checks and balances sufficient to restrain government... only, to find the government of the people and for the people requires a moral, religious and honorable leadership... all of which are missing in today's local, state, and federal systems of government.
The County Sheriff is the Chief Local Constitutional Law Enforcement Officer in our system of government... He is the ONLY constitutional law enforcement officer other than the President and Governors in our system of government... being an ELECTED public official. The Sheriff, not the judiciary or prosecutor, was intended to be the key Law Enforcement Agent for the County. He was to be directly held responsible for enforcing local and State government as an Elected Official... not appointed..
Historically the County Sheriff established local posses and 'committees of safety' that organized and regulatied the conduct of the local para-military (local units of th state militia) capable of responding to state emergencies under local authority. The creation of such armed posses and militia exploited the State's and Sheriff's role to quench the fire of centralized government.
A Sheriff's standing posse and militia operate with the cover of State Law and serve as the basis for organizing and ENFORCING law and order LOCALLY... such power at the county level mediates the effects of a rouge central government and provides the local manpower needed during times of state emergencies, invasion, or war. During the 'Civil War', many local sheriffs organized standing militia units as the last line of defense for their county against insurgents and other forms of lawlessness. There is no reason our local Sheriff can not do the same today.
However, most sheriffs want to avoid the potential conflict... such a force would create between State and Federal authorities. The State and Federal Government may view such a force as threatening their authority.. Therefore it will take a committee of residents to convince most Shriffs to act on his authority to organize such posses or a county militia.
The public must demand our Sheriff/s exercise ALL OF THEIR LAWFUL POWERS to challenge lawless conduct wherever it is found...including in the agency of government. The Sheriff is a primary element in the BALANCE OF POWER intended to guarantee a government of the People, for the People, and by the People.
Our Founding Fathers provided us with a Constitutional government... capable of restraining the flames of a rouge government... if honored and enforced by the people and their agents of government.

We have lost our way... the law and our Constitution have become moot... superseded by the pettifoggery of the misguided and ambitious legal profession.... as it engages the courts to subdue all of the other agencies of government. America is being RULED using the COLOR OF LAW... usurped powers ceased by activist judges and an out-of-control legal profession.
The County Sheriff has abdicated much of his powers to an overbearing legal profession... quick to quash any legal action the local Sheriff uses to challenge the LEGALPROFESSION's usurpation of his and the people's powers to faithfully interpret and administer the laws of the USA. This usurpation of the PEOPLE" 's voice (juries and elected sheriffs) must stop if we are to return to constitutional government.
The return to Constitutional Government must begin with major reform in the legal profession and the Courts. Returning the administration of justice to the constitutional powers...' Grand Juries' administered by the PEOPLE, not legal professionals, Trial juries that are free to administer justice as the PEOPLE warrant... not on the will of activist judges... and with the election of County Sheriffs. Sheriffs who are not fearful of challenging political power in their administration of the law.

Gold as a commodity with transactional value will be controlled... its value and use will be regulated by the State. All Gold may be ceased by a government under emergency orders of Congress and the President... Those who put their trust in ANY Commodity (Gold, Silver, Pork Bellies, etc.) will find their transaction controlled by the government. Gold and other precious metals will likely be ceased, removed from commercial and private circulation, at a value much less than its true worth.

There will be NO... Nada... no means to conduct business or personal financial transactions outside of the APPROVED exchange system. No individual, corporation or entity of any type will be able to buy, sell, or trade.... without the approval of the BEAST... Mammons system of commerce. There will be no escaping or maneuvering around the new world system of exchange.
