  •   This is ridiculous! There is NO 30 day law, but the owners have options and it depends on the employee. In the company I worked for, IF they suspected a threat from the employee, they would call the person in to the office, disconnect his computer and not allow him back in his/her office excepted under supervision. Can you imagine what  a tech savvy employee could do in 30 days? How about 50 to 75% of the workforce. His decision must be immediate!
