    What is so unfortunate about this is that the government officials in CA will deny that they received the permits and the stupid democrat supporters will believe them.

    Why are local and state officials denying permits to rebuild? Could it be MONEY from Insurance companies that withhold payment, subject to receiving a permit to rebuild?
