One of the biggest quandaries I face when mapping out the illegal immigration support centers around the US, is what to do about sites that we might call "dual use".
As in, facilities and NGOs which provide good services to regular people (so technically everyone is welcome), but in reality they really just cater to illegals, or even worse, engage in criminal activity. Not every site is as clear-cut as the Somali fraud centers in Minneapolis that purely are shell corporations for stealing tax dollars...most of these places I am investigating are much more covert.
Most places that catch my eye are Dual Use. Meaning that, on one hand they do good and genuine work, but on the other hand, a certain percentage of their business model is also criminal activity using their tax-exempt status to funnel money to activities that nobody knows about based on the business storefront. Sometimes, this is REALLY covert and very illegal, but other times is not as clear and there's a real moral problem that arises.
The best example of this are food banks, specifically the more joint-food-bank-financial-services sites. Personally, I think food banks are extremely critical community services that I am happy to support in general. But what a lot of volunteers won't tell you, is that many sites are simply overrun by illegals who take everything and then re-sell the goods they got for free on the street. I'm personally not sure how to handle this issue, but the first step is to acknowledge that it's happening on a gargantuan scale.
Another sub-genre is the mysterious LLC which doesn't really appear anywhere EXCEPT for on an illegal-immigrant-centered website, which has some kind of wholesome name like "Family Services LLC". But when we scratch away at the paint a bit, we find out that they provide "rent services".
What does this mean in plain English? These places are usually just giving free money to illegals. That's basically it.
It would take multiple lifetimes to find and investigate every one of these facilities to determine if any nefarious activity is taking place (this is why most of my points are yellow diamonds instead of red diamonds, which depicts suspected sites as opposed to confirmed hostile points). What I'm personally doing on my own products, is using my own discernment to find the locations which seem to cater more toward illegals, over the local population. I have to interject this personal analysis (and some would say bias) simply due to volume.
Otherwise I would be putting every single goodwill and food bank in the country on my maps, because thousands of NGOs forward their clients to these sites for free stuff.
