Those individuals arrested in conjunction with riot, arson, looting, and domestic terrorism mustl be charged with Domestic Terrorism... These criminals must not be charge with misdemeanors... and released to move on to commit further acts of domestic terrorism.
The President and AG Barr should announce to the Nation... that civil disobedience and lawful protest don't include arson, riot, looting, and physical violence or threats against property or person. They should announce that those involved in such acts WILL BE CHARGED UNDER FEDERAL FELONY LAWS regarding Domestic Terrorism... Bail may be denied, under the Patriot Act, for Dometic Terrorism indictments... offenders charged with Domestic Terrorism MAY be held in undisclosed areas, such as GITMO, for trial by Military Tribunals... as combatants in the war on terror.
