The Invasion of Illegal Aliens and the TREASON it is:

First:  "The mass migration of illegal aliens is a well-planned effort to destroy the United States that—started over 10 years ago with the last Democratic President. This plan was created by two Columbia University Professors named Cloward and Piven. The plan is to overwhelm the welfare system, which would be 0bama's dream of a bottom up uprising. The plan is to bring about the complete destruction of our moral and financial society. We should all read "RULES FOR RADICALS" by Saul Alinsky."

Second: "The second thing to read is Title 8 U.S. Code 1324 and the Immigration and Naturalization Act.
Here is an excerpt from Title 8."  The following is on the record as spoken by my friend to her City Council members.

Title 8.  Section 8 USC 1324[a](1)(A)[iv][b](iii) states that—

"Any US citizen that knowingly assists an illegal alien, provides them with employment, food, water or shelter has committed a felony. City, county or State officials that declare their jurisdictions to be "Open Cities, Counties or States" are subject to arrest; as are law enforcement agencies who chose not to enforce this law.

"Police officers who ignore officials who violate Section 8 USC 1324 [a](1)(A)[iv][b](iii) are committing a Section 274 Federal Felony. Furthermore, according to Federal Immigration and National Act of 1952, if you live in a city, county or state that refuses to enforce the law for whatever reason, the officials making those rules are financially liable for any crime committed within their jurisdiction by an illegal alien."

This is an actionable violation of both Oath and Bond with the penalty of Treason.

Treason consists of:  "Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000."
