It's not done. God is gathering all our prayers, cries and praises to Him so as to answer them quickly and completely for our safety, protection and the vibrancy of our nation. Keep praying and praising. God is delivering our nation from all this evil strictly by our prayers, cries to Him and our praises to Him!
Too close. I'm concerned that so many people have very little knowledge about what it will be like to live under tyranny. We can fight back with historical facts about the suffering that people had experienced under tyrannical systems. We need to take responsibility to do the best we can in providing people with truth. If enough people spread the truth, change can take place. "Sunlight is the best disinfectant."
We were warned that there would be a chastisement for our many sins against God's laws of morality. It would be wise to do penance and pray for the salvation of individuals who remain faithful to Jesus Christ. If we are about to experience great suffering, staying close to Jesus Christ may be rewarded with eternal joy in our spiritual life. After all, no matter what happens on earth - we will all eventually die. Where we go after we die is what is most important.

If I was a parent of one of these spoiled brats I would yank them out of school and make them get a job to find out how the real world works
That would be good parenting. However, in today's society, parents have a "permissive" approach to parenting which always leads to problems.
