LIE: “Trump explicitly intends to jail journalists, political opponents, and anyone he sees as the enemy.”
FACT: Trump never said he would do this. However, the Biden-Harris administration has repeatedly weaponized the justice system to persecute their political opponents — most notable of which is Trump himself.
LIE: “Trump intends to deploy active-duty military against U.S. citizens.”
FACT: Trump has never said he plans to deploy the military against U.S. citizens. There is no record of this, at all. It is a complete fabrication by Harris.
LIE: “Trump would have no guardrails because SCOTUS gave Trump absolute immunity from prosecution.”
FACT: SCOTUS’ ruling only provides immunity for official acts, and this immunity does not apply exclusively to Trump, but to all Presidents; past and future.
LIE: “Trump will cut Medicare and Social Security.”
FACT: Trump has repeatedly stated for years now that he will never touch, change, or reduce Medicare or Social Social Security. Harris’ plan to provide these benefits to illegal aliens however, puts them at risk of insolvency.
LIE: “Trump would eliminate programs like Head Start.”
FACT: Trump has never said this. As president, Trump signed every budget appropriating money for Head Start.
LIE: “By eliminating the Dept. of Education our schools will no longer be funded.”
FACT: False. Schools are funded through local property taxes. Eliminating the Dept. of Education would simply move revenues appropriated for education to the states so they can use it as they see fit.
LIE: “Trump plans to enact a national sales tax.”
FACT: Trump has never proposed a national sales tax or value-added tax.
LIE: “Trump will only provide tax cuts for billionaires.”
FACT: Under the Trump tax cuts every tax bracket saw a reduction in their federal taxes.
LIE: “Trump plans to enact a national abortion ban with or without congress.”
FACT: Trump has repeatedly and strongly opposed a national ban on abortion and has said it is now a state issue, and abortion policy should be determined by the people at the state level.
LIE: “Trump plans to abandon NATO.”
FACT: Regarding NATO, Trump has stated that every member country must uphold their obligation to pay 2% of their GDP on defense. He has not said he plans to leave NATO.
LIE: “Trump is the architect of Project 2025.”
FACT: Trump had nothing to do with the crafting of Project 2025. The writers of Project 2025 have confirmed this, repeatedly. It is a list of proposals crafted by an independent think tank. Trump has stated he has not read nor does he support or endorse Project 2025. The name of his policy platform is Agenda 47, which is available for the public to read on his campaign website.
