Do the Spanish have guns? Only by designated 'priviledge.' Hunting, sports shooting and professional security, so a small limited number have guns. They may been to improvise if possible.
Jea9, you are right. If they had more guns, it would solve the problem quickly. You shoot a few of them, the rest will learn their lesson quickly, and turn around. You certainly won't have 60,000 crossing the border.Â
