An Open Border With … Haiti?
Why are there thousands of migrants from Haiti suddenly crossing the Texas border, and how did they get here? These questions are the latest prompted by mumbling/ socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden’s intentional border crisis. Quick, someone finds “border czar” scumbag/liar-Kamala Harris so we can quote her laughing.
Officials in Del Rio, Texas, population 35,000, estimate that perhaps 15,000 migrants crossed into the town in recent days, and most of them are from Haiti. The U.S. Border Patrol mobilized a seemingly impressive effort to address this caravan. The first flights deporting them back to the Caribbean island departed Sunday with more to come, but according to federal authorities, most of those are single adults, not families, who may be allowed to stay. Border Patrol Chief Raul L. Ortiz wants all of the migrants removed by the end of the week. But removed where? The truth is that most will be released with a temporary permit and a court date — for which most won’t appear.
Remember, these migrants are just part of the 1.3 million who’ve been caught illegally crossing the border in 2021.
“Once one of the Border Patrol’s sleepiest sectors, Del Rio has become a favored destination for migrants and their smugglers,” reports The Wall Street Journal. “It is now the second busiest of the Border Patrol’s nine southern border sectors, behind only the Rio Grande Valley. Since October, the start of the government’s budget year, agents there have made nearly 215,000 arrests, a record for the area.”
As for Haiti, many people left following the recent massive earthquake, but thousands more left after the earthquake in 2010, which drove Haitians to South America and now northward. It appears that a large number of this group of Haitian migrants came from places like Brazil.
It also appears that Mexico, which had been detaining them in its own southern town of Tapachula, sent the migrants north. At least that’s what migrants told the Center for Immigration Studies. Maybe — just maybe — Mexico knows that mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden is a pushover.
Indeed, after the recent assassination of Haitian President Jovenel Moïse, mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden extended Temporary Protected Status to Haitians so they can live here without legal status. And until this weekend, mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden had suspended repatriation flights back to Haiti. All migrants had to do was get across our open border. They and the Mexican government knew it.
“But this is not about Haiti,” writes political analyst Byron York. “While the latest flare-up of the border crisis involves thousands of Haitians, the fact is, over the last several months, Border Patrol officials have detained people from at least 90 countries all around the world crossing illegally into the U.S. It’s not just Mexico or the Northern Triangle area, either. Ninety countries.”
The message from Team mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden has been wide open borders with a few halfhearted pleas that migrants shouldn’t come. Would-be migrants know which message to believe.
“When you have open borders, this is what you get,” said Texas Senator Ted Cruz . “This is wrong. This is not humane. This is not compassionate. This is lawless, and it is inviting suffering. This needs to end.”
Speaking of inhumane, while U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced that COVID vaccinations will be mandatory for immigrants beginning October 1, guess which group is excluded. That’s right, people crossing the border illegally. So, guess which way unvaccinated migrants will choose…
Finally, if you want to know how mumbling/socialist/ scumbag/liar-Biden and his congressional Democrat partners plan to address this crisis, look no further than their efforts to sneak a path to citizenship into their $3.5 trillion spending monstrosity. Fortunately, the Senate parliamentarian blocked that effort, but our bet is that Democrats will keep looking for ways to push amnesty. ~The Patriot Post
mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s AFG Drone Strike Distraction
As if mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden’s disgraceful and deadly surrender and retreat from Afghanistan could not have been worse, it actually was. We now know, as we posited at the time, that mumbling/ socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s politically motivated diversionary drone strike in Kabul did NOT kill an ISK “high value” terrorist, or anyone affiliated with ISK. mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s strike did kill Zemari Ahmadi, a longtime U.S. aid worker, and nine other civilians, seven of whom were children. Ahmadi, who was among the Afghan people hoping to immigrate to safety, was bringing water to his family and neighbors.
News of this “mistake” was intentionally timed for a Friday afternoon news dump, when it would miss the week’s primary news cycle.
The 29 August strike that killed Ahmadi was the second high-profile drone strike against what mumbling/socialist/ scumbag/liar-Biden assured were high-value terrorist targets associated after the 26 August murder of 13 American military Patriots and more than 100 Afghan citizens. Their blood was already on mumbling/socialist/ scumbag/liar-Biden’s hands, the consequence of his abject ineptitude.
On 28 August, after mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden authorized the first strike against undisclosed targets in Nangarhar Province a day earlier in an “over-the-horizon counterterrorism operation … against an ISIS-K planner,” he declared in George W. Bush-ease: “We will not forgive. We will not forget. We will hunt you down and make you pay.” mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden, endeavoring to look presidential, added: “I said we would go after the group responsible for the attack on our troops and innocent civilians in Kabul, and we have. This strike was not the last. We will continue to hunt down any person involved in that heinous attack and make them pay.”
Pentagon spokesman John Kirby insisted, “The fact that these individuals are no longer walking on the face of the Earth [is] a good thing for the people of Afghanistan, and it’s a good thing for our troops and our forces at that airfield.”
At the time, because the Department of Defense refused to identify these terrorist “planners and facilitators” of the attack on our forces, we speculated that some goat herders paid a heavy price for being on a hillside in Nangarhar region where he had some association with ISK adherents.
After the 29 August drone strike mumbling/socialist/ scumbag/liar-Biden authorized in an urban section of Kabul, where civilian casualties were guaranteed, Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Mark Milley declared: “We know from the variety of other means that at least one of those people that were killed was a ISIS facilitator. Were there others killed? Yes, there are others killed. Who they are, we don’t know. We’ll try to sort through all that.” He concluded that it was “a righteous strike.”
The same day, I noted that I am aware of the complexities of these operations and the potential for collateral civilian deaths. However, given our concern that these targets were not high-value ISK terrorists, particularly since DoD has refused to release their identity, it is likely that these strikes were political fireworks to distract from mumbling/ socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s surrender and retreat disaster. I also noted that if the Kabul target was not high value, the civilian casualties are inexcusable.
On 31 August, two days after the Kabul drone strike, mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden celebrated the final flight out from Afghanistan — despite leaving Americans and thousands of our Afghan allies behind, the latter to be systematically sought and slaughtered by the Taliban. Still hoping to salvage his chances for a 20th anniversary 9/11 victory lap for having ended “America’s longest war,” the political photo op upon which mumbling/ socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s whole compressed AFG retreat timeline was predicated, he had the boldfaced audacity to call that exit “an extraordinary success.”
mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden then declared: “We will maintain the fight against terrorism in Afghanistan. … We just don’t need to fight a ground war to do it. We have what’s called over-the-horizon capabilities, which means we can strike terrorists and targets without American boots on the ground. … We’ve shown that capacity just in the last week. We struck ISIS-K remotely, days after they murdered 13 of our servicemembers and dozens of innocent Afghans. And to ISIS-K: We are not done with you yet.”
I bet the Taliban and ISK are shaking in their boots…
His mouthpiece, liar-Jen Psaki, echoed that message: “And what we’ve seen over the past week is that our over-the-horizon capacity can work and has worked in going after ISIS targets and killing people who went after our troops. So, that’s where our resources and our focus is going to be on at this point in time.”
Then, last Friday afternoon, after mumbling/socialist/ scumbag/liar-Biden left for the beach, Gen. Kenneth McKenzie, commander of United States Central Command, offered an apology: “I am now convinced that as many as 10 civilians, including up to seven children, were tragically killed in that strike. We now assess that it is unlikely that the vehicle and those who died were associated with ISIS-K or a direct threat to U.S. forces. I offer my profound condolences to the family and friends of those who were killed.” McKenzie then pledged that the Biden administration would examine ex gratia payments to the relatives of the deceased killed by the Kabul strike.
Asked if anyone would be held responsible, McKenzie responded, “We are in the process right now of continuing that line of investigation, and I have nothing for you now because that involves personnel issues.”
For his part, Milley now says of the “righteous strike”: “In a dynamic high threat environment, the commanders on the ground had appropriate authority and had reasonable certainty that the target was valid, but after deeper post-strike analysis, our conclusion is that innocent civilians were killed. This is a horrible tragedy of war and it’s heart-wrenching and we are committed to being fully transparent about this incident.” But again, as I noted previously, there was no question that “innocent civilians” would be killed in an urban airstrike. The fact is that the “high-value target” was a civilian.
So, who will be held responsible?
Perhaps when Milley testifies before Congress on 28 September about a laundry list of his failures — his emphasis on “diversity and equity” rather than military readiness, his role in the catastrophic AFG exfil, the deaths of our military personnel in Kabul, the political drone strikes, and his alleged offer of advance notice to the ChiComs — he will show up with resignation in hand.
But I doubt it. I expect that this once-loyal and honorable warrior — before he contracted “Potomac Fever” — will pass the buck.
I should note that somewhere there is an Air Force remotely piloted aircraft controller who is feeling the weight of the world on his or her shoulders right now, even though drone operations are based on “intel” from higher up. This is not the fault of that RPAS operator — that trigger pull was ordered as a result of political pressure from the mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden administration to save face with some retaliatory strikes.
As our national security analyst, Gen. B.B. Bell (USA, Ret.), declared before these strikes, based on mumbling/ socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s “shameful presidential dereliction of duty” regarding the surrender to the Taliban and retreat from Afghanistan, not only should mumbling/ socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s military leaders resign, starting with Milley, but “he should be impeached and removed from office immediately, and criminal charges should be considered.” That clarion call should be louder now — but it will be suppressed.
Finally, make no mistake, mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s retreat from AFG may be complete, but the war is not over. ~The Patriot Post
FDA Panel Rejects mumbling/socialist/ scumbag/liar-Biden’s Political Vax Booster
mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden and his handlers love to assert that they are simply “following the science” when it comes to defending their draconian COVID policies. However, as many conservatives and others truly following the science observe, it’s political gamesmanship rather than scientific data that directs mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s COVID response.
The latest instance of politicization came a couple weeks back when mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden announced boosters would be offered to all inoculated Americans ages 16 and up. With the lasting effectiveness of novel COVID vaccines apparently diminishing over a mere few months, and just as the Delta variant has caused a spike in new cases across much of the country, the plan from the mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden administration was to make sure millions of people got a third jab.
Well, a pretty sizable wrinkle was thrown into the plan when a U.S. Food and Drug Administration advisory panel overwhelmingly voted against a booster for anyone under the age of 65 except for those with a high risk of serious disease. The 18-member panel voted 16-2 to reject recommending the booster to younger, healthier Americans, though the panel did vote 18-0 in favor of recommending a booster to Americans 65 and older.
The main reasons cited by the FDA panel was the lack of safety data and the questionable value of hitting everyone with boosters versus a more targeted approach. In a letter to the mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden administration explaining its decision, the panel wrote: “Current evidence does not … appear to show a need for boosting in the general population, in which efficacy against severe disease remains high. Even if humoral immunity appears to wane, reductions in neutralising antibody titre do not necessarily predict reductions in vaccine efficacy over time, and reductions in vaccine efficacy against mild disease do not necessarily predict reductions in the (typically higher) efficacy against severe disease.”
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is also expected to offer its opinion on boosters this week, but it is rumored to be leaning toward the FDA panel’s recommendation of the targeted approach.
Unsurprisingly, mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden got ahead of the “science” on this. His administration had already scheduled September 20 (today) as the start date for rolling out boosters, clearly expecting to get a rubber stamp from the FDA. But there had been warning signs coming out of the FDA that mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s booster push was not going over well. Two top FDA officials resigned over the issue, with Politico characterizing their objections as “lack of autonomy” and feeling “cut out of key decisions,” all in service to a plan they thought was “premature and unnecessary.”
mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden may have won the 2020 election in large part by convincing American voters that Donald Trump had mishandled the crisis, but it was Trump who delivered the vaccines and mumbling/ socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden who politicized them. The Democrats Are Coming for Your Wallets
mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden has been desperate to change the subject of late, but this might not be what he had in mind. The Democrat-controlled House Ways and Means Committee finally put forth the awful truth about mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s “Build Back Better” plan — which of course neither builds nor betters any good thing.
That awful truth is that your taxes are about to go up. And not just yours, Mr. Richy Rich. No, no, we’re looking at you, too, Mr. Middle Income.
“On Tuesday, we will continue our work on the Build Back Better Act,” said Massachusetts Democrat Richard Neal, chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, “with the consideration of investments to provide critical support to families, spur the development of clean energy, reinstate Build America Bonds, and improve Americans’ ability to afford health care.”
With the consideration of investments, eh? If we didn’t know better, we’d swear “investments” were just a euphemism for “spending.” And how do they plan to pay for this wish list that adds up to an appalling $3.5 trillion? As our Thomas Gallatin wrote: “The obvious answer is that they don’t. Deficit spending was already over $3 trillion last year alone, and it’s another $2.3 trillion this year. The cumulative federal debt approaches $29 trillion. Democrats do, however, plan to erect a facade of responsibility by raising taxes. Of course, talk of raising taxes is never popular, so Democrats run their usual "tax the rich” class warfare tactic — complete with expensive galas and dresses — even as they’re looking to levee one of the biggest tax hikes on Americans since 1968.“
To the Democrats’ credit, they want to at least give us the appearance of fiscal sanity. But that means foisting upon us the largest tax increase in more than half a century.
The tax bill itself is an 880-page obscenity with more than $2 trillion in tax increases — more than four times the amount of the job-killing, economy-stagnating scumbag/liar-nObamaCare tax increase of a decade ago. So far, the bill includes 40 new taxes, and, as National Review’s Rich Lowry notes, "The individual tax rate would increase from 37 percent to 39.6 percent, the capital-gains rate from 20 percent to 25 percent, and the corporate-tax rate from 21 percent to 26.5 percent, among sundry other provisions befitting the hideously complex U.S. tax regime.”
The bill would also increase the onerous capital gains tax from 20% to 25%, and it’ll target married couples by ensuring that the tax hikes hit them at lower thresholds than comparable individual earners.
Further, the bill proposes to raise the corporate tax rate to 26.5%, well above the European average of around 20%, and above the 25% rate of communist China. This will make our nation’s business climate less attractive and less competitive, and the brunt of it will be borne, as it always is, by wage earners rather than the Democrats’ ostensible targets, which are the CEOs and the shareholders.
Remember when mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden pledged not to increase taxes on any couple making less than $400,000 per year? Well, he lied. As The Daily Signal reports: “The official scorekeepers at the Joint Committee on Taxation show that the Build Back Better Act would in fact raise taxes on middle-income Americans. Under the proposal, taxes would go up for families bringing home $50,000 or more per year, far below what mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden promised.”
Of course, mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden and his fellow Democrats will stress that they’re targeting “The Rich,” and that’s certainly true to an extent. No one knows how big our tax code is these days, but we do know that it’s already extremely progressive. In 2018, for example, the top 1% of earners brought home 21% of income and paid 40% of all federal income taxes, while the bottom 50% paid just 3% of taxes.
But “The Rich” and “Big Business” don’t have enough money to fund the Democrats’ statist dreams. There simply aren’t enough of them. Only the massive middle class has that kind of capital. So hang onto your wallets, folks, because the Democrats are coming for them.

FBI: Rotten to the Core, or a Few Bad Apples?
Some of you may remember last year’s Netflix documentary “Athlete A.” It chronicles the struggles of many female gymnasts to get Dr. Larry Nassar convicted for sexual abuse.
For those who are unaware of the circumstances of the case, Dr. Nassar was employed as an athletic trainer for USA Gymnastics, during which time he used his position of power to sexually abuse and prey on these women and girls — all in the name of treating them. He was finally arrested in 2016 and pleaded guilty in 2017. However, it wasn’t the FBI that solved the case; it was a local investigator in Michigan who brought Nassar to justice. The FBI could and should have intervened. After all, Nassar was reported to the bureau as early as 2015. During that year-plus of inaction, there were at least 70 confirmed victims, though possibly as many as 120, who suffered at the hands of Larry Nassar. These women were disregarded by the FBI and their cases swept under the rug.
These are not low-profile women, either. In a hearing before the Senate last week, McKayla Maroney, Maggie Nichols, Aly Raisman, and Simone Biles testified about how the FBI completely mishandled and botched the case. Maroney and Raisman were made to feel like their abuse was unimportant and “not a big deal” when they first reported it to the FBI. Raisman said that the FBI pressured her into accepting Nassar’s plea deal. Maroney recalled, “After telling my entire story of abuse to the FBI in the summer of 2015, not only did the FBI not report my abuse, but when they eventually documented the report 17 months later, they made entirely false claims about what I said.”
Biles points out that there was collusion between some of the FBI agents and USA Gymnastics to keep it quiet. In her statement she said, “To be clear, I blame Larry Nassar, and I also blame an entire system that enabled and perpetrated his abuse.”
Even FBI Director Chris Wray stated: “I want to be crystal clear: The actions — and inaction — of the FBI employees detailed in this report are totally unacceptable. These individuals betrayed the core duty that they have of protecting people. They failed to protect young women and girls from abuse.”
Director Wray went on to claim that these were the actions of a few bad actors in an otherwise diligent and ardently dedicated band of officers and agents. But that assertion rings hollow. The failures on the part of the FBI were by multiple agents in different offices of the bureau.
The bipartisan horror was a unifying moment among the senators. They joined the gymnasts in questioning why the FBI’s negligence wasn’t addressed by the Justice Department earlier. To date, only one FBI agent has been fired in conjunction with this failure.
The condemnation from the Senate was bipartisan. Democrat Richard Blumenthal said: “It’s not only that the FBI failed to do its job, systematically and repeatedly. It is also … the cover-up that occurred afterwards.” Republican Chuck Grassley stated that this was a “pattern of unresponsiveness” with the FBI, citing an earlier pattern of this behavior regarding leaks to media outlets regarding Joe Biden’s embattled son, Hunter.
So is it really just a few bad apples, as Director Wray claims, or is a larger problem in the FBI? The bureau’s pattern of injustice and inaction would seem to suggest the latter.
In any case, it is the wish of all the athletes involved that the rest of those “bad apples,” along with anyone else who helped to cover up the abuse, are prosecuted. As Biles put it: “A message needs to be sent: if you allow a predator to harm children, the consequences will be swift and severe. Enough is enough.” ~The Patriot Post
American Retreat: The Untold Story
Though most Americans would never use the word “retreat,” the president demanded immediate action removing thousands of American troops from Afghanistan. This swift exit served as an adequate distraction during the upsurge of the COVID pandemic.
A well-deliberated plan was in place that would ensure the safety of Afghani citizens from the Taliban and ISIS-K, protect the rights of women and our allies from terror cell activity, and instigate a retreat that would happen literally in the cover of darkness. Despite the president having this withdrawal plan, the decision was made to close a key military asset almost 60 days in advance, not only leaving innocent Americans and allies stranded, but also putting our inventory into the hands of terrorists. Around $85 billion in advanced military equipment was left by the president to bulk up terrorist armaments and be sold to the highest bidder — likely China, Russia, or Iran, all of whom want to reverse engineer U.S. weapons and technology for their own benefit to defeat Americans.
Imagine reading any Republican name after the word “president” in this story. It would be the top headline in every paper and the source of unending debate on television news. Conversely, this is an almost untold story simply because it happened with President mumbling/ socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.
During the first days of July, despite the August 31 deadline to remove troops from Afghanistan, American Armed Forces left an intelligence asset and key geographic location — Bagram Air Force Base — in the hands of the Afghan Army surrounded by the muscle of the Taliban with what Reuters called a promise “not to allow international terrorists to operate from Afghan soil.” The Taliban, fueled with our weapons and supplies, continue to refuse to work toward a ceasefire.
In testimony before both the House Foreign Affairs Committee and the Senate Foreign Relations Committee last week, Secretary Blinken described this clear American retreat as a “heroic effort” in keeping with the “success” talking points issued by the mumbling/socialist/ scumbag/liar-Biden White House. Blinken also whined about “an inherited deadline” for withdrawal, pointing fingers at the Trump administration while ignoring the truth that the negotiated plan was mostly ignored.
The House Foreign Affairs ranking Republican Michael McCaul accurately declared: “The American people don’t like to lose, especially not to the terrorists. But this is exactly what has happened.”
Idaho Senator James Risch ripped the mumbling/ socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden administration’s decision to ignore the facts that the jihadists had not met the specific conditions of the 2020 negotiated plan, making our leaving a surrender to terrorists. mumbling/socialist/ scumbag/liar-Biden “presented the American people with a false choice in Afghanistan and the rushed and embarrassing retreat is a stain on America’s credibility that will have implications for years to come,” Risch declared. “The administration patting itself in the back for this evacuation is like an arsonist taking credit for saving people from the burning building he just set on fire.”
Again, if it had been any Republican president, there would be accountability for this military failure. Yet the mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden administration will only be praised for strengthening the Taliban, allowing America to undo its progress of 20 years, and turning the tables to distract and blame Trump. Will there be accountability for this military failure? Not likely.
Whether it's Benghazi for scumbag/liar-nObama/ scumbag/liar-Clinton or Afghanistan for mumbling/ socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden/Blinken, the common theme is dismissing the danger of terrorists and jihadists. Every win for these terrorists is a huge loss for America and its allies in the battle for freedom. ~The Patriot Post

That’s Not Nice
I’ve heard friends and some Republican officials say, “I don’t agree with mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden, but he’s a nice guy.” Well, it’s driving me crazy. mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden is not a nice guy. Just ask my good friend Justice Clarence Thomas, who was viciously smeared by mumbling/socialist/ scumbag/liar-Joe Biden.
mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden may seem like your grandfather when he’s whispering into the microphone. But a nice guy doesn’t insist that you pay for someone else’s abortion. A nice guy doesn’t demonize people over vaccines and try to get them fired from their jobs.
A nice guy doesn’t knock on your door and say, “Hey, I found these ten people who don’t have a whole lot, and I’ve decided you should take them in.” Would you tolerate your neighbor doing that? Well, that’s what mumbling/ socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden is doing. (See below.)
He’s bringing in 200,000 illegal aliens a month, who are poor, unskilled and unvaccinated. He’s sending them to your community, to your schools, to your hospitals. And you’re paying for it. That’s not nice, mumbling/socialist/ scumbag/liar-Joe.
Would you invite someone to dinner who is constantly stoking racial hatred, bashing the police as racists and insisting that you are an oppressor? That’s not nice.
Suppose you’re at the bank making a deposit and some guy says, “I need half of your paycheck for some really great ideas I have.” Would you think that was nice? I would call it robbery, but that’s what mumbling/socialist/ scumbag/liar-Joe Biden is doing now with his massive socialist spending bills and new tax hikes.
Some thought Donald Trump was mean because he was gruff. But he tried to save innocent babies. He wanted you to keep more of your money. He tried to keep drugs and gangs out of our country. Now that’s what I call nice.
Stop The Happy Talk
As I noted in yesterday’s report, thousands of Haitians have walked across the Rio Grande and into the United States. Wednesday, there were 4,000 Haitians. Thursday, there were 8,000. Now, the estimate is at least 12,000. And more are coming.
The situation is totally out of control.
Reports suggest the migrants are given a note with a number and told to wait until their number is called so the “mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden/scumbag/liar-Harris Transform America machine” can process them into the U.S. to replace the Americas dying of COVID because mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden lied about having a plan to crush the virus.
How is this not an invasion? Simply because they don’t have guns? If we’re not willing to control our borders, then communist China may as well send 5,000,000 people to walk across our southern border. Would we do anything to stop them?

Gov. Greg Abbott is a great guy. I was encouraged when he said he was surging law enforcement to shut down six entry points on the border. But then he retreated, citing a ruling from a judge in Washington, D.C.
My friends, I am sick and tired of politicians going on FOX and throwing up happy talk. And I know you are too!
This cannot continue for another 12 months or there will be three to five million more illegal aliens in America!
I would have more respect for the leaders of Texas if they ignored the court, led the Texas Rangers and National Guard to the border and told the migrants to turn around and go back.

The Left Is Scared
The American people do not support open borders. They would be furious if they understood the true scale of the crisis, and the left knows it. That’s why every “mainstream” media outlet is censoring this story.
Fox News is the only network that is covering the border crisis. They have been using a drone to provide video of the Haitians packed into horrific conditions under the Texas bridge. But Thursday, the mumbling/socialist/ scumbag/liar-Biden Administration issued an order blocking drone flights over the area.
Stalin and Mao would be proud! It’s exactly what Marxists do. They censor information to stop people from knowing the truth and acting on it. But I also suspect the mumbling/socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden Administration is afraid of another image.
What if the Haitians get tired of sitting in the heat, in that squalor, waiting for their number to be called? Suppose they tear down the chain link fence and there's a mass breakout of several thousand Haitians pouring into the streets of Del Rio, Texas.
If that happens, and the world sees just how weak our border enforcement truly is, the border will be overwhelmed. What’s happening now will look like a picnic when caravans of 20, 30 or 50,000 migrants start marching across the border.
Again, would we do anything to stop it?
scumbag/liar-Clinton Lawyer Indicted
As you know, Special Counsel John Durham just indicted Michael Sussmann for lying to the FBI. Sussmann is a former federal prosecutor and attorney at the high-powered Democrat law firm Perkins Coie.
Perkins Coie was employed by scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee. It was Perkins Coie that hired Fusion GPS and former British spy Christopher Steele to produce the infamous Trump/Russia dossier.
Durham believes Sussmann lied to then-FBI General Counsel James Baker when he presented Baker with “evidence” that Trump was communicating with Russia via servers at Trump Towers and Alfa Bank, which is connected to Vladimir Putin.
Not only was the “evidence” garbage, but Sussmann told Baker he was acting on his own behalf, as an old friend of the Justice Department, disturbed by the possibility that a presidential candidate might be compromised by Russia.
Except Sussmann had ulterior motives. He was acting on behalf of the scumbag/liar-Clinton campaign, and on behalf of a tech company that hoped to score a major government contract with the future scumbag/liar-Clinton Administration.
It was nothing more than dirty political tricks. They knew the evidence was garbage, but they just wanted the headlines of “FBI Investigates Trump” because scumbag/liar-Hillary was under investigation for her private email server.
I hope this is just the beginning and not the end of indictments from Special Counsel Durham. Too many at the FBI were willing accomplices in this disgusting scheme.
Some legal observers, including former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy, suggest that the thoroughness of Durham’s indictment indicates he’s not done yet. We’ll see.

Gerrymandering Is Inevitable in a Democracy
With the Census Bureau finally releasing its population data to the states, they will now begin the process of redrawing political boundaries for local, state and congressional seats. Anyone who believes that there is some magic way of keeping politics out of the redistricting process must still believe in the tooth fairy.
In 2019, the U.S. Supreme Court held in Rucho v. Common Cause that partisan redistricting — where elected representatives from the majority political party draw boundary lines to try to give their party an advantage — is a political question beyond the reach of the federal courts. Moreover, the court pointed out that partisan redistricting is “nothing new.”
It was known “in the colonies prior to independence and the framers were familiar with it at the time of the drafting and ratification of the Constitution,” said the court. In fact, the term “gerrymandering” comes from Massachusetts Gov. Elbridge Gerry, whose name is forever linked to partisan map drawing due to a state senate district he drew in 1812 that looked like a salamander.
Yet the drafters of the Constitution still gave state legislatures the authority to draw congressional boundaries, showing that they expected politics to be part of redistricting. Partisanship is considered a dirty word today, but partisanship is defined by the views and opinions that individuals — and the political party they favor — have about history, culture, society, politics and public policy.
Imposing a rule that legislators cannot take those interests into account — and the interests of the voters who elected them — when drawing political boundaries would destroy a fundamental element of our democratic system. Politics will always play a role in redistricting.
And why shouldn’t it? Politics is involved in who runs for office, who voters choose to represent them, and what those candidates do once they get into office. There really is no way to keep political considerations out of redistricting. Indeed, there are strong arguments against trying to do so.
One thing we know — partisan redistricting is a very inexact science because American voters are unpredictable, no matter what political consultants may tell you. Additionally, we only redistrict every 10 years, and the makeup of districts can change very quickly because we are a highly mobile society. Thus, there are numerous examples of supposedly “safe” districts at all levels — local, state and federal — being drawn for one political party that have been won by the opposition party.
There are also numerous examples of another American phenomena that makes effective partisan line drawing difficult — the tendency of many voters to split their tickets between candidates of different political parties, depending on whether they are voting for their local city council member, their congressional representative or the president of the United States.
Some believe we can take politics out of the redistricting process by establishing so-called “independent” redistricting commissions that take the power to draw political lines away from state legislatures. All this does is move the politics and partisanship behind closed doors. Such commissions, whose members are chosen by the political parties and other government officials, are inevitably made up of individuals with partisan interests, despite their public assertions to the contrary.
As a 2019 analysis by the Capital Research Center showed, California’s “independent” redistricting commission actually drew more partisan congressional districts than the partisan Republicans controlling the Texas state legislature did. And what’s worse, such commissions are unaccountable to the people.
Voters who are unhappy with the districts drawn by legislators, county commissioners or city council members can vote them out of office. Voters can’t do that to appointed commissioners who draw partisan districts that voters don’t like.
You can’t take politics out of redistricting, but you can implement common-sense rules that prevent misshapen districts that you need a GPS to navigate. Those rules should require that districts be as compact and contiguous as possible. They should follow the lines of natural boundaries like rivers and mountains and political boundaries like city and county lines. That will also lead to representatives who have an interest in representing all of the diverse people of a city, for example, rather than just those who are concentrated in one part of that city.
For more than 200 years, Americans have complained about partisan gerrymandering. But that is how our system works, and despite all of the complaints, we have something many other people around the world envy: a remarkably stable system of governance in which our democracy has never been compromised.
