  • It's all smoke and mirrors... more BS by feckless GOP leaders.

  • Some might say civil lawsuits for criminal acts are grossly inadequate. The plaintiff fronts the money to take each case to court and only recovers it if... IF it is awarded as part of a settlement or judgement. The lawyers get rich, win or lose, and the plaintiff only receives relief if given by the court. Some deal?

  • Fraudulent elections in California are not new... Election lawsuits do not guarantee anything other than more TAXPAYER-FUNDED chicanery. The taxpayers go broke, and the Lawyers become wealthy.

Election lawsuits hardly ever remove a fraudulently elected official, They are Kabuki Theater, created to fund lawyers and bankrupt taxpayers... too, MAKE IT APPEAR THAT SOMETHING IS BEING DONE TO FIX THE PROBLEM... However, in reality, It is carefully orchestrated smoke and mirrors.

  • When do the prosecutions start?

    • When do the prosecutions start? When will HELL freeze over...

I say, hang the Judges, roast the lawyers, and shoot the politicians running the Elections in America... that should eliminate just about 100 percent of the deep state.

    • Sir thank you for your years of service AND the years of insightful comments. Have you thought of putting your skill sets back in place maybe in the Pentagon to straighten our ship before the iceburg?

  • Like this guy - The RNC is finally standing up to the election corruption. It is about time!

    • Let me know when criminal prosecutions are used to enforce Election laws. CIVIL ACTIONS do not penalize the guilty; they penalize taxpayers, who ultimately fund both parties by paying the fees for representation and the costs of any judgment awarded. The perps—the bad guys—are defended with taxpayer-funded attorneys, and if judgment is taken, the state pays as ordered.
