The grand jury handed down more charges last month, adding Heidi Beirich. The SPLC's former CFO was allegedly in a long-term relationship with an "informant" in a Neo-Nazi group & used clandestine SPLC funds for her lifestyle.😲

Of course, the SPLC has had more time to prepare for the trial. So the SPLC wants the trial to continue on schedule, severing the case from Beirich. Fidelity & Vanguard cut off donor-advised funds to the SPLC due to the indictment.
